Cell Biolabs’ Phospholipid Assay Kit measures the amount of choline-based phospholipids present within serum, plasma, tissue samples, or cell suspensions. Samples are compared to a known concentration of phospholipid standard in the 96-well microtiter plate format. Samples and standards are incubated at 37ºC for 30 minutes and then read with a standard 96-well fluorometric plate reader.
