AAV Expression Vectors

Our AAV Expression Vectors are designed to work with any AAV packaging system including our AAV Helper Free Packaging Systems.

The expression vectors contain a CMV promoter which is optimal for general gene expression, with the exception of our promoterless vector which is useful if you wish to clone in a gene-specific promoter along with your gene of interest.
